INTRODUCTION

​Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey.  Our Pathfinder Club is making plans to attend the 2024 International Pathfinder Camporee in Gillette, Wyoming.  The actual camporee will take place August 5 through 11, 2024.

Proposed Itinerary:

Fly out of Los Angeles Thursday, August 1, 2024

Thursday, August 1, 2024 - Arrive in Jackson, WY. Expore Grand Tetons/Yellowstone. Stay 4 nights.

Monday, August 5, 2024 – Drive to Gillette, WY. Stay 6 nights for Camporee.

Sunday, August 11, 2024 – Fly back to LA from Gillette, WY.

COMMITMENTS

In order to prepare for our trip, we need to get an accurate head count.  Tickets for the actual camporee need to be purchased in advanced, and they are non-refundable.  In order for the church to purchase the right amount of tickets, we need to get firm commitments from each of our Pathfinders and their families. 

Please note that indicating your commitment to attend the camporee includes the following:

 

Pathfinders:

1. Attending club meetings and events/activities

2. Participating in Pathfinder church events

3. Helping to raise funds

4. Ensuring your uniform meets all standards

5. Studying the book of Exodus in preparation for the Camporee (we will also study as a group).

6. Praying for the club and for the Camporee

7. By the grace of God, having a positive attitude and a good time

 

Parents:

1. Helping your Pathfinder with all of the above. :)

2. Being a chaperone

3. Volunteering as needed

Please complete the two steps below so we can procure an accurate number of tickets for our club.  These steps are only for Camporee admission tickets.  Other items related to our itinerary (ie, airfare, lodging at Yellowstone, etc.) will be worked out at a later time.  For now, we need to get an accurate head count.
